When it comes to returning an item, we understand sometimes you may have ordered the wrong item or perhaps the item ordered just is not suitable for your needs. We have various options for returning items, but there are some items we do not offer returns on for hygiene reasons.
We do not accept returns on products unless they are in a re-saleable condition and if they are in their original packaging.
For items which are damaged in any way, you are to notify us immediately when finding this in order for us to rectify the order.
In any case the item will need to be sent back to us before any refund or credit is issued. We are not responsible for item returns cost.
In most cases for successful returns we offer a full refund on the item in question. However we may credit your account instead if you order from us regularly. This is up to management discretion.
